fit for one

We are still working on moving everything to this new site and unfortunately the careers section is last. If you are applying for a sales position please be advised that all of our sales positions are commission only. We will provide all sales reps with the training and leads to make money however, if Sales Reps do not work they will not be compensated. All Sales Reps, Regional Sales Executives, and Sales Managers will be considered contracted labor and paid under 1099 guidelines. If you are not comfortable with this please do not apply for a sales position.
Notice to all applicants. We do require all applicants to pass pre-screening before any position is officially offered. This may include, credit checks, background checks, conformation of past work history, criminal checks, and drug testing. Please also be advised that if an applicant tests positive for any illegal substance, or has been convicted of a felony crime, that we disregard we will not offer employment to that applicant and any pending offers of employment will be revoked.
This application is not a guarantee of employment and is subject to screening outlined above. We will contact all applicants within 7 business days to either setup an interview or notify them that the position has been filled. Once applicants have submitted their application we will keep it on file for 2 years and contact them if a position opens up that we believe would be a good fit for them and Northwest Arkansas Merchant Services. If at anytime applicants would like to have us remove their application from our system they can request this by emailing us at hr@nwamerchants.com
